What it's about

Conflicts often appear as objective disagreements. In reality, they are driven by dynamics that are rarely spoken of. Often, all parties involved act rationally. And yet: conversations become repetitive, positions harden, emotions escalate or are avoided, and decisions are blocked. This can be due to expectations, entanglements, or unspoken hurts that then operate in the background. Conflicts persist as long as all of this remains unresolved. Those who understand them can make different decisions.

What has changed

Traditional conflict resolution approaches rely on mediation, negotiation techniques, and rational solutions. My approach analyzes both the rational and hidden aspects that constitute the conflict. This creates movement and clarifies the conflict. Deadlocked situations dissolve, dialogue becomes possible again, decisions can be made, and emotional relief is achieved. With this understanding, you gain orientation and can better manage conflicts.
