About me
I combine legal and psychoanalytic expertise with many years of experience in conflict and negotiation situations.
After many years in international management positions, including as General Counsel of major banks, I support complex conflict and change situations.
I am co-author, along with Vera Molnar, of "Success Hunger – The Pursuit of Recognition" and "The Unconscious in Legal Disputes," and also a passionate songwriter. (LinkedIn profile)
My positioning
Conflicts are experienced as emotionally stressful and difficult-to-manage situations. My role is to relieve you of this burden. To achieve this, we will work together to create a confidential space for reflection and sustainable solutions, and analyze the dynamics of the conflict. I will support you in making complex decisions and prepare you for difficult conversations and negotiations.
